Warranty

New items carry the brand or local distributor warranty shown on their product page. We handle the claim for you — you don't need to deal with the distributor yourself.

Keep your order number (or the receipt from your order page): it's your proof of purchase and warranty start date.

Each part inside a Daddu Charger build keeps its own brand warranty. On top of that, we cover our own work:

• 12 months of workmanship support — if anything we assembled comes loose, a cable fails or the build won't boot through no fault of yours, we fix it free.
• Every build is stress-tested before dispatch, and we keep its test notes.
• Free help with drivers, BIOS settings and first-boot setup over WhatsApp.

These come with a 7-day checking warranty unless their product page states a longer one.

• Physical damage, burns, liquid damage, bent pins or broken seals/stickers
• Damage from power surges or an unsuitable power supply
• Overclocking beyond the manufacturer's limits, flashed or modified firmware
• Normal wear (e.g. keycap shine, fan noise over time) and cosmetic marks
• Software problems, viruses and data loss — please back up before sending anything in

1. Message WhatsApp 0311 5226682 with your order number, the item and what's happening (a short video helps).
2. We troubleshoot with you first — many issues are fixed in minutes.
3. If it needs checking, send it with the courier we arrange or bring it to our Rawalpindi store.
4. We test it and handle the brand claim. Distributor turnaround is usually 2–4 weeks; we keep you updated throughout.
